ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR

Peter Chow has recently been re-appointed to serve as a Delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, ICC Disputes Resolution Services’ think tank. The commission enables thought leadership in the field of dispute resolution and also provides input on proposed modifications of dispute resolution rules.

Peter is a member of the ICC Commission’s Working Group for Expedited Procedure Provision and was a member of the ICC Arbitrator Nomination Commission.
