Peter Chow is an international arbitrator with a proven track record in resolving high-stakes, complex disputes across the globe. With over 30 years of experience in arbitration work, his extensive expertise spans sectors like energy, infrastructure, technology, and commercial disputes.

Prior to practising as an independent arbitrator and counsel, Peter was a partner at King & Spalding (Singapore) and Squire Patton Boggs (Hong Kong). He has held various leadership roles, including head of Asia disputes practice, global head of Greater China disputes practice and head of office, as a partner at various US international law firms. He has practised in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.

Peter has represented clients in some of the largest arbitrations in Asia, including 5 cases involving multi-billion US Dollar claims. He has been involved in arbitrations in Asia for over 30 years and has acted as arbitrator and counsel in numerous arbitration cases, including those involving ICC, HKIAC, SIAC, CIETAC, ICDR, AAA, NAI, KCAB and UNCITRAL arbitral rules.
